Executive Villa at Jaipur Sushant Lok developed the township by Ansal developer with about 270 sq. meters, on three levels, the villa, which is accessed through remote-controlled electric gates, features on the ground floor a large and bright 70 m² Living room comfortably furnished, with a baby grand piano and a flat panel TV.  From there, you access the Dining room with large windows overlooking the sea, and a fully equipped Kitchen with a counter and seating area.

You go out directly onto the veranda and the terrace, to access the pool and the spa, overlooking the Aravali Mountain.

A small hallway leads to the Guest room (double bed) with bathroom, and the lower floor.  Behind the stairs to the upper floor, you’ll find a powder room.  

The house is equipped with hi-speed internet access/wi-fi, ethernet connection taken throughout the house. There is a fireplace in the living room, but I guess you won’t be needing it very much in the summer. While all the bedrooms have reversible air conditioning, the other rooms, the living room/dining room, etc. do not.
